Shipping
Dispatch
Every order is packed piece by piece in a reinforced box and shipped from Pau, France with tracking within 3 business days of payment. The tracking number is e-mailed when the parcel leaves.
Rates
One flat rate per order, depending on the destination and on the value of the pieces ordered (a larger order weighs more and sometimes ships in several parcels):
- France (and Monaco): €12 up to €200 of pieces, €24 from €200 to €600, €48 above €600
- European Union and Switzerland: €22 up to €200 of pieces, €44 from €200 to €600, €88 above €600
- United Kingdom: €26 up to €200 of pieces, €52 from €200 to €600, €104 above €600
- Rest of the world (including French overseas territories): €42 up to €200 of pieces, €84 from €200 to €600, €168 above €600
The exact amount is shown at checkout once the address is entered.
Indicative transit times after dispatch
- France: 1 to 3 business days
- European Union and Switzerland: 3 to 6 business days
- United Kingdom: 4 to 8 business days
- Rest of the world: 5 to 15 business days, depending on customs
Customs and taxes
Outside the European Union (Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States…), the destination country may charge customs duties and import taxes, paid by the recipient on delivery. They are not included in the price or in the shipping costs.
Countries not served
We do not ship to countries under international sanctions or where postal transport is suspended or too uncertain for crystal. These countries are not offered at checkout. If your destination is missing, write to contact@galerie-segura.com.
On delivery
Check the parcel on delivery. In case of breakage, write to contact@galerie-segura.com within 48 hours with photos of the parcel and the pieces, and keep the packaging: we handle the claim with the carrier and offer you a refund or a solution.
