14 days to change your mind

You have 14 days from delivery to send a piece back to us, without giving any reason. This is the right of withdrawal guaranteed to consumers in the European Union; we grant it on the same terms to all our buyers, wherever they live.

How to return

• Write to contact@galerie-segura.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the pieces concerned.
• Send the pieces back within 14 days of your message, to the address in Pau, France that we give you, in the condition in which you received them.
• Wrap each piece separately and pad it well: crystal travels badly without protection. A tracked shipment is strongly advised.

Costs

Return shipping is at your expense. Outside the European Union, declare the parcel as returned goods to avoid customs duties on arrival, which would be deducted from the refund.

Refund

We refund the price of the pieces and the initial delivery costs (at the standard rate) within 14 days of your request, using the means of payment used for the order. We may wait until we have received the pieces before refunding. A piece arriving damaged because of insufficient packing, or showing damage it did not have when it left, may lead to a deduction.

Piece arrived broken or not as described

This is not a regular return: write to us within 48 hours with photos of the parcel and the pieces, keep the packaging, and we cover the return and the solution. The legal warranties (conformity, hidden defects) apply in addition to this 14-day period, as set out in the terms of sale.
